Terms of Service
The plain terms under which we sell handwoven pieces.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is received. Made-to-order pieces enter a weaver's queue at that moment.
Prices and currency
Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties, which are set by your local customs authority.
Handmade variation
Colour, size and pattern vary slightly between pieces because each is woven by hand. This is not a defect.
Liability
Hang your hammock with certified hardware within the stated weight limit. We are not liable for improper installation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
