Natural fibre and natural dye ask for a little patience and reward it for decades.

Washing

Hand wash in cool water with a pH-neutral soap. Never bleach, never machine wash, never tumble dry.

Press the water out gently — do not wring — and dry flat in the shade. Direct sun softens the depth of plant-dyed colour over time.

Store loosely folded inside the luxury bag it arrived in, somewhere dry and dark. Avoid plastic, which traps moisture in cotton.

Enjoy your hammock outdoors, but bring it in before rain and overnight damp. Prolonged exposure shortens the life of hand-spun fibre.
