Woven in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia and shipped to Europe, the Middle East and Asia from our Casablanca operations hub — folded into a premium reusable luxury bag and fully insured.

Processing time

In-stock pieces leave our atelier within three working days. Made-to-order pieces ship as soon as the weaver completes them; you receive an estimated date at checkout.

Where we ship

We deliver to Europe, the Middle East and Asia, dispatched with DHL Express from our Casablanca hub. Typical transit is 2 to 4 working days within Europe, 3 to 5 days to the Middle East and 5 to 8 days to Asia. Shipping is complimentary on orders above $500.

How your hammock arrives

Every hammock is delivered in our premium reusable luxury bag — hermetic, water resistant and dust proof — with the certificate of authenticity tucked inside.

Tracking and insurance

Every parcel is tracked and insured for its full value. A tracking link is emailed the moment your piece is collected.

Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your local customs authority.
